Title: Turkey Shortcake

Squares of day-old cornbread, 4" x 4" x 1" Slices of white meat of turkey Thin slices of cooked ham. Cheese sauce of mediuim consistency (white sauce base). Mushrooms (buttons or pieces and stems may be used) Paprika

Method: In bottom of iindividual casserole place the cornbread, then a slice of ham, then a slice of turkey. Pour the sauce over this sufficient to cover. Spriinkle with mushrooms and dust with paprika. Place under the broiler (or in oven) until the sauce is browned and bubbling.
